An entrance to the station Alfons X of the metro line 4 NCB closes one month from today

The entry of the Round Guinardó the station Alfons X 4 subway line in Barcelona closes today and for about a month to do rehabilitation work.

The entrances of the plaza Alfons X-Round Guinardó Lepant will open segñun has reported Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) in a press release.
However, between 22.00 and 24.00 hours - at the end of the subway service - will be open only the entrance to the square Alfons X, TMB will work because of connection between the other two entrances, Guinardó Round and Round-Guinardó Lepant.
Any station, inaugurated in 1974, is being rehabilitated since October 2007. The action comes at a cost of two million euros and is part of the BMR program to modernize stations oldest and wear.

The works will include reconfiguring the lobbies to make better use of space; renew lighting, signage and furniture, and install more effective border controls.
