Spanish flights reinstated at Norwich

Consumers in East Anglia will soon be able to take advantage of new flights between Norwich and Spain.

The routes for tourists' hot spots', such as Alicante were controversially axed by Flybe in July 2007. However, Norwich evening news reports that the service should be reintroduced by LTE International Airways at the end of this year.

The budget airline will also offer flights from Norwich in Palma da Mallorca and Barcelona hotels for the first time.

Commenting on this event, Richard Jenner in Norwich International Airport said that "great news".

"They will go there year round," he said.

"Norwich is the only UK airport they will be flying from them and they want to be airlines to Norwich, when it comes to return to Spain."

Mr. Jenner added that the Barcelona hotels flight will be particularly useful for those who want to travel to Costa Brave and Costa Dorada.

Improving accessibility, is also likely to be welcomed by those who are looking to Spain for potential investment property.

Spain has recently been identified as the most popular with British property buyers in the market place in the sun magazine.
